RETURN POLICY
Zettapro Pharma do not provide any return and refund unless conditions below:
- The damage due to manufacturing issues. We shall not be responsible for damage caused during shipping.
- The amount of product received is less than the quantity ordered.
- The received product is different from ordered product.
Condition for return:
- Returns must be made within 7 days from date of received.
- Damaged items must be returned together in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice).
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Zettapro Pharma reserves the right to decide for the item sold out is non-refundable or exchangeable.
How Can I Return My Purchase
In order to protect customer, we suggest customers should follow the procedures of returning the item by first contacting us via email (admin@zettapropharma.com) or whatsapp (011-72507310) for further instruction.
After Arrival Of Returned Goods Back To Us
Customer will receive a call or email notice when the returned goods has arrived with us. We will conduct brief examination of the goods and verification of the purchase before arranging the exchange for you.
Returned Goods Postage Charges
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. The returned adress as shown below:

How Long Will It Take To Process Returned Goods And Exchange
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we received your return package.
